Amy Winehouse is trying to adopt a child from the Caribbean island of St. Lucia.
A confidential source spoke to the UKs Daily Mail and told them the following:
Amy is seriously thinking about adopting, says my source. But she is aware its going to be incredibly difficult with her background.
The news comes just a few weeks after it was revealed that her estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil had made a woman pregnant at a Sheffield rehabilitation clinic
Adds the source: Amys gutted about Blake becoming a dad and moving on so quickly. She has always wanted to be a mother. She loves St Lucia and would move there for good in order to adopt.
Hopefully the authorities over in St. Lucia have ENOUGH SENSE not to let that crackhead have a child
