Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and husband Pete are reportedly putting their LA mansion up for sale. The 30-year-old Fall Out Boyrocker and wife Ashlee, 25, who have an 11-month-old son Bronx, areputting the Beverly Hills house up for sale to make room for their babyboy."The house isbuilt into the side of a giant hill and it doesn't really have anyyard. Now that Bronx is getting older, they realized that really isn'ta child-friendly house.""They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children." Ashlee bought the Mediterranean-style home in January 2007 for $4.5million.
