Chastity Bono ventured out for the first time yesterday since she announced she was going through sex-change procedures, to become Chaz the man.
And though she wasn't answering any questions, she was more than happy to show off her girlfriend, Jennifer Elia, as they wandered around in Los Angeles running errands.
