The coroner said he accidentally combined cocaine, Oxycontin, Vicodin, Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Levamisole, and Benadryl. Benadryl?! Is that guy crazy, you can’t do that!
The New York City Medical Examiner's office has officially ruled Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein's death an accidental drug overdose.
Medical Examiner spokeswoman Ellen Borakove said:
"We've done the testing and investigation in conjunction with the NYPD and in our opinion this was an accidental overdose rather than suicide."
Adding that cocaine, pain killers, anti-anxiety meds and oxycodon--the active ingredient in OxyContin--were found in his system.
Goldstein was found dead in his NYC apartment Aug. 28.
