Making sure that her “Secret Life of Bees” co-star is doing alright, Dakota Fanning has offered her shoulder to Jennifer Hudson, who’s still grieving over the saddening murders of her mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.
At the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards, Fanning told Us magazine, “I have spoken to her. I have been in contact with her.”
She also added sympathy to the star saying, “I can’t imagine what she is going through, but she knows the whole cast is there for her, and I lover her.”
Hudson has started the New Year off right, receiving four Grammy nominations for her debut album and will perform at MusiCares Person of the Year gala on February 6.
