Hilary Duff took off to Bogota, Columbia Friday afternoon (August 14).
The “War, Inc.” actress – who is there for 3 days – is distributing 3,000 knapsacks of food to poor children in a school district south of the capital city.
The Bogota mayor, Samuel Moreno, named Duff “Ambassador For the Youth” during a press conference held earlier today, announcing, "We are honored to have
Hilary Duff launch Blessings in a Backpack in Bogota."
And of course, Hil looked excited to be there, grinning ear to ear the entire time and loving every moment of it.
