Jessica Simpson arrived dressed to take on the worst weather that could be thrown at her.
IN NY to meet up with little sis Ashlee and her family, Jess had on her furry coat and boots so she could splodge about in the snow should she need to.
Now she's back on the sngles' market, maybe Jessica is planning on spending Christmas in the Big Apple.
And who knows, maybe her rumored new beau Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins will make an appearance at some point.
