Joel Madden says that Harlow is very happy to be a big sister to brother Sparrow.

Good Charolotte singer became a dad for the second time at the end of last night when girlfriend
Nicole Richie gave birth to their son, Sparrow James Midnight Madden.
Madden says, "I love kids, I love working with kids, I love being around kids."
When asked about how Harlow has adapted to being a big sister he said:
"She loves it. She's so happy, she's just psyched. She totally gets it."
