Kanye West's arraignment has been postponed until May 20. The hip-hop artist's lawyer has successfully moved the court date from Tuesday to next month.
West, 31, is charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft, stemming from his scuffle with two paparazzi at LAX in September last year. The "Stronger" hitmaker was seen smashing a photographer's camera to the ground.
His manager, Don Crowley, is also charged with two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery, and two counts of grand theft.
West faces up to 2 1/2 years in jail if convicted, while Crowley faces 5 years.
Attorney Blair Berk requested the court to delay the arraignment on Monday, telling a judge that it was just then that she learned of the police's incident report and that she was still waiting for the prosecution to turn over all its evidence.
Crowley's defense attorney is Shawn Chapman Holley.
