Katy Perry On Receiving End of Girl Kiss

What goes around comes around, apparently.  The jury is still out on whether or not she liked it.*UPDATE*  We're pretty sure that's a dude.  We saw sideburns.  Augh... long hair shot in profile can be so deceiving...Earlier today, Katy Perry got a kiss from a fan as she left a SoHo office building.  That outfit is totally yawn-worthy by comparison to yesterday's heavenly trip to Sweatertown.
