Lady GaGa showed her softer side after crying because she was full of joy after singing with Sir Elton John.
The “Bad Romance” singer was so excited to perform a duet, during which she and Elton sat by a huge piano at the Grammy Awards on Sunday, that she had to return to the make-up artist right before going on stage to do some touch ups.
GaGa tells, “I ruined all of my make-up right before the show. Crying… I was just so happy.”
“I’m just so happy, I can’t say enough and Elton was so amazing and the performance was really truly magical,” said GaGa. “I had been fantasising about this performance piece for a while and we got to do it… and I’m just really truly floored.”
But it may not have been all smooth for the show. The Tiny Dancer singer was reported to have gotten angry with people working the autocue due to their spelling. “They got into place with Gaga wearing these huge wings — and then Elton just started ranting and ordered everyone out. When he gets angry he’s not to be messed with.”
Meanwhile, the 23 year-old took home two awards, Best Electronic/Dance Album for The Fame and Best Electronica/Dance Song for Poker Face.
