Taking to Central Park on what was a chilly winter morning, Leighton Meester was hard at work on the "Gossip Girl" set in New York City on Tuesday (January 6).
Brightening up the scene in a candy apple red coat, the 22-year-old brunette beauty gave out a few hugs and played with a pet pooch as she readied for the day's filming.
Along with working on her hit CW show, Miss Meester is also readying to try her hand in the music world with an upcoming CD release.
"The music is very fun. It's edgy, like electro-pop rather than bubblegum, and you can dance to it," she told Us magazine of her musical effort, which is set to see its release this Spring.
