How else can you explain this outfit? It looks like something a homeless woman who spends her days screaming at a parking meter would wear.
Lindsay Lohan went out with sister Ali in a confusing-looking ensemble yesterday that managed to consist of fringe + gladiators + Daisy Dukes. With a can of Coke firmly planted in her hand and a sheepish grin plastered on her face, Lindsay caught a ride with sis for a morning out on the town.
Meanwhile, Michael Lohan has commented on Lindsay's weight loss, calling it "scary," and said that "It's torturing me to see her like this." Does Michael have cause for concern or should he stay quiet?
