Madonna carried a little black kid around yesterday in an attempt to show the world that bitch Angelina Jolie is no better than her.

Venturing out in the Big Apple for a little spirituality, Madonna paid a visit to the Kabbalah Center with her son, David Banda, on Friday night (January 9).
But that wasn't all that the "Material Girl" was up to on this particular evening, as Madge attempted to go incognito by tossing on her shades as she headed to a medical building with her assistant.
With her helping hand doing her best to thwart paparazzi efforts, Madonna quickly shuffled her way into the entrance as she checked in for a specially scheduled appointment.
And while there's no word on the reason for her doctor's visit, inside sources say that the building does house a department that's known for their specialization in facial surgery.
