Michael Cera Is Confused!!

Michael Cera has had a pretty impressive track record for a kid who just turned 21. He's starred in arguably the best television show of the last ten years and two critically acclaimed comedy films. We appreciate Cera as much as the next person, but we have noticed a pattern when it comes to the expressions he makes. Usually these expressions range from confused to, well, very confused. What we’re trying to say is, the dude always appears to be confused about something. This is never more apparent than in the posters for his films and TV shows.
