Making her first appearance since landing in the hospital after a car accident,
Nicole Richie went to Jerry's for breakfast with her daughter Harlow in Los Angeles on Sunday (October 11).
Clearly unhappy to find paparazzi awaiting her exit, the former "Simple Life" star toted her little girl while exchanging words with the shutterbugs on the way to her car.
As for the accident, Miss Richie was driving with a passenger this past week when she was she struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her.
Following the smash-up, the driver was arrested for driving without a license and for a misdemeanor traffic violation.
