“Twilight” saga newcomer, Charlie Bewley recently opened up about his castmates and fans. Charlie plays a Volturi, Demetri, who is in charge of investigating Edward Cullen for breaking vampire law in “Eclipse.”
Charlie explained “Twilight” fans as, “It’s a very young crowd.” All the media and fans have made the veteran cast, mainly
Robert Pattinson and
Kristen Stewart, a little edgy, “They are very talked about and very photographed etcetera. So they're on their guard a lot of the time, not least on set,” Charlie continued.
Their “guard” has extended to new cast, “It's just human nature for it to take (time) for everyone to gel, to bond and (for them) to suss people out, it's just what happens, it's the way people are,” Charlie said.
Luckily the cast eventually came together, Charlie said, “After two or three days of shooting ‘Eclipse,’ I was starting to get a lot warmer with some of the people I had not met before ... they are really cool people, wonderful people and that's why they have got such a solid unit when the Cullens get together.”
