To add another notch on her belt, on November 7th, Taylor will become the second female country artist to ever perform and host “Saturday Night Live.” The last female country artist who hosted the show was Dolly Parton over twenty years ago!
Selena Gomez is not too shabby herself! Her single, “Falling Down” reached number 1 on Radio Disney today, beating
Miley Cyrus and
Justin Bieber. In related news, Selena will be visiting her hometown, Dallas, Texas, on Saturday, December 5th to make a guest appearance in the 21st annual Capital One Bank Adolphus Children's Parade. The parade is expecting over 350,000 people so those without reserved bleacher seats should arrive early! Selena says, “It's always great to come home and visit family and friends, but coming home to be a part of the Capital One Bank Adolphus Children's Parade makes my visit extra special.”
