This is It, a new documentary about late superstar
Michael Jackson,
Ashley Tisdale spoke with MTV about the project and her own experience meeting the King of Pop.
According to the 24-year-old actress, “He [Michael] was completely ready to do the concert … he still had it for sure, and I think that that really surprised me.” Of course we’ll never know if MJ could have pulled it off, but the fact that Ashley was “surprised” would make sense. After all, the guy was fifty, looked like a porcelain doll, and had a body like Samuel L. Jackson’s character of “Mr. Glass” in
Unbreakable.
Tisdale then said, “He was one of the sweetest people, just when he walks into a room he’s glowing …” Anybody who pops as many pharmies as Jackson did is going to be friendly, but what did Tisdale mean when she said he was “glowing?” Was she talking about his personality or the fact that Jackson’s face actually looked like a light bulb?
