Lauren 'Lo' Bosworth (born September 29, 1986), often referred to simply as "Lo", is an American television personality. She is best known for being a main cast member on the MTV reality series Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County for Season 1, and on the subsequent spin-off show, The Hills, which follows her best friend and housemate Lauren Conrad's personal and professional life as she pursues a career in the fashion industry.
