Shenae Grimes (born October 24, 1989) is a Gemini Award winning Canadian actress. She currently plays the role of Darcy Edwards on Degrassi: The Next Generation, as well as the role of Annie Wilson in 90210, the new spinoff of Beverly Hills, 90210. She acted in a 2006 Coffee Crisp commercial. She was a recurring guest star on the series Naturally, Sadie as Arden Allcott. She is half Irish on her father's side and half Italian on her mother's side. Grimes has denied recent tabloid rumors about her having an eating disorder.
